This includes two vegan pizzas: Pizza Vegana and Pizza Julija, as well as options like buckwheat with mushrooms, vegetable risotto with curry, millet rice with Julien vegetables, and rice pasta with mushrooms, pine nuts, and chicory. The prices for these vegan dishes range from 6.5€ to 7.3€. The restaurant is located slightly outside of central Ptuj, but there is ample parking available. The atmosphere may feel a bit like a shopping district, but the establishment itself is comfortable. The staff is friendly, though not all may be familiar with vegan or gluten-free options - communication is key. The food quality is impressive, with highlight dishes like the Julija pizza, the rice pasta, and the buckwheat with mushrooms. Amfora is a great choice for vegan dining in Ptuj, especially since there are limited options in the area. This addition is a welcome change, especially considering the city's past lack of vegetarian-friendly options.

These include two pizzas: Pizza Vegana with vegan cheese, peppers, tomatoes, corn, olives, and oregano, and Pizza Julija with mushrooms, zucchini, dried tomatoes, peppers, artichokes, and olives. In addition to pizzas, they offer options such as buckwheat with mushrooms, vegetable risotto with curry, millet rice with Julian vegetables, and rice pasta with mushrooms, pine nuts, and chicory. The restaurant is located slightly outside the center of Ptuj, in a shopping district-like environment, but it is comfortable with ample parking. The staff is friendly, although not all may be familiar with vegan or gluten-free options, but they are accommodating. The food at Amfora is well-liked, with particular praise for the Pizza Julija, rice pasta, and buckwheat with mushrooms. Overall, Amfora is a good option for vegan dining in Ptuj, as there are limited alternatives in the area. It offers a welcome change from the limited vegetarian options available in the past, making it a convenient choice for hungry visitors in the city.
The staff here are really friendly and they offer some really tasty vegan dishes! I highly recommend trying the buckwheat with mushrooms, it's fantastic!
Amfora (which tradition in ptuj) introduced a small vegan menu in 2017. from now on (juli 2019) they offer vegan 6 vegan dishes. two pizzas: pizza vegana (pizze vegana, vegan cheese, pfeffer, tomaten, mais, oliven, oregano) pizza julija (peter, vegan cheese, champignons, zucchini, dried tomatoes, pfeffer, artichoke, oregano, olive) of course they can order some supplements to both. they can also order book-wheated rice with mushrooms, sweet risotto with curry, brain-dry with july vegetables and rice noodles with champignons, pine nuts and chicory. the kitchen is also ready to prepare a something that is not listed as a dish (but for example a combination of sidedishes.) all vegan dishes of the menu cost from 6.5€ to 7.3€. the location of the restaurant is not exactly central to ptuj (but ptuj is a small city,) the environment is a bit shopping district like, but the place itself is comfortable and it seems always enough space to park (if you arrive with the car.) the personal is friendly, but not all are familiar with what vegan or even gluten-free medium, but they can communicate it at the end. concerning eating: julija is one of the best vegan pizzas that I have eaten so far (they are very rare as well cubed), reispastea is something special and also book wheat with mushrooms (porcinos,) which is a somewhat signed eating of prlekija and prekmurje (two northeastern regions of Slovenians,) is very good, but you have to be a bit fanny. amfora is a nice choice when you find yourself in ptuj hungry, as there are not almost any other vegan options close to (they must go to maribor) and if there are ... they don’t offer so much hider. it is a beautiful refreshment, as I remember that ptuj was only five or six years ago not even very vegetarian-friendly (it is a city with largest winged farms in Slovenia.)
Very nice people and delicious vegan options! bookwheat with mushrooms is great!
