There are variety of ingredients to choose from(including chee cheong fun) which is a plus point. My favorite here is the fried dumpling which is very good. The sweet sauce and chilli sauce is special for me and it matches the fried ingredients well. Overall the food here is super good and highly recommended. However the environment here is so so and it might be hot sometimes. The price for the ingredients is average as well. 2 male portion approximately RM30.
It’s famous in the locality , this type of stalls famous because of the food was good not the environment. And those Neighbourhood eater surely know well about it. For tourists tips, “ YONG TAU FU “ is kind of stuffed meat in bean curd or with Chilli or eggplant or other things. If you wish to explore the local food stalls this one you should try .
Puchong Yong Tau Fu is my favorite yong tau fu spot. Their yong tau fu deep fried only when you order, the fish paste is fresh. Their thin fu zhuk is the best. Their soup broth is sweet, very good to soak the yong tau fu in. They also have pretty good paper wrap chicken, rendang chicken and chu cheong fun.
The well known Puchong Yong Tau Fu of Batu 14. The quality of food is above average except for the paper-wrapped chicken which is just so-so. Love the home made fish paste ball and woon zai gou. Parking can be quite challenging here and on weekdays, lunch time will often meet the SJKC school dismissal time where the jam can be quite horrendous. The dining place, nothing to complain as it’s an old house converted type restaurant and can be prickly hot on sunny days. But it’s all worth in for the good food.
Pretty nice Yong tau fu but the place does get crowded. I was there about noon today, and even with its ample table and chairs, it was full. Here you pick the vegetables or taufu or taufu skins and the staff will put the paste in it on the spot and either cook or fry them for you. Then for carbs, you get choices of rice, varieties of noodles, chee cheong fun or nasi lemak to pick from I think price is quite reasonable. Three of us ate to our hearts content and it cost us RM54.
