Starbucks (petronas Sg Besi-puchong Dt)

Please fix your wifi. People come to do some works but you cannot even fix your wifi. Don't bother giving wifi password on receipt if the wifi cannot be used. Very dissapointed

Finally reopened when the petrol station was under renovation! My favorite Starbucks becoz it is near, small and cozy, and the rainforest mural with a cute Malayan tiger!

This 'hilltop ' starbucks is a good way to go when you 're going uptown or going to the Bukit Jalil area. If you drive from Sunway, you need to take a left turn after passing it for a few meters (they have a signboard for that). During the day, the store can be really packed with customers, but not the same in the evening. They have a drive thru bay as well and most customers use this feature. Nothing much can be said on the products as they follow normal Starbucks SOP on how they make their product. Atmosphere wise, they have a nice long comfy sofa that you can use. Overall, the location is just perfect for you to grab your coffee to go.

Like the other Starbucks stores, this store's service is top notch, and I think they have a lesser crowd on a daily basis basis who stays inside the store to do some catch up or work..because almost everyone is taking the advantage of the drive thru. On the atmosphere side since it's a small store, besides a gas station, you can't expect much. On the other hand, if you came from the Damansara Sunway area, you need to take some detours a few meters after the store since there's a separator. Overall it's a good store and a pretty convenient one.

The staffs at the drive thru counter is always helpful and informative. Good training by the team. Food wise, the standard by these chain. Fast service most of the time.
