Their chicken products are very good. Beware, they don't prep food the same way fast food restaurants in America does and your food order might take 15 minutes or more... Food is not the same taste. Yours are like eating paper. Cut of chickens are sub standard. Small parts of chicken, I think their chickens are chicks. The crew does not know how to assist their customers, my coffee the last time I visited. I still need to follow up with their store manager because the cashier doesn't seem to see anyone, even though I signal, it seems like no one is visible. There are so many of them at the counter that no one wants to go out to assist. I used to work at Jollibee before, our actualtions and products were not like that. Kid-friendliness: They don't want to open their 2nd floor even though it's already full. Those who clean are lazy. We were placed in the riders corner. In PWD.
