There are better Italian restaurants in Puerto Vallarta Google it. But don't stop in here and hope to eat great Italian food, they don't serve it. The clam fettuccine was disgusting, rice balls barely edible and the pizza made us physically ill. This is...another restaurant that doesn't really have to even try to be good because of its excellent location on the malecon. They don't have to try, so they don't bother to.
Great place to take a break from walking the Malecón, a nice cool patio on the corner in front of the tourist restaurant blue shrimp. They always seem to have a drink special, we tried their cucumber margarita was nice and refreshing. Sitting in the...outside patio sipping them and people watching was a perfect place to spend a few hours. Service was friendly and accommodating, which seems to be a popular hangout for locals. TIP: Do try their margaritas they are cool and very refreshing. If you found this review informative, please check the box below. Thank you. Good prices on food and beers. Food is filling but very basic. Lasagna was decent. Very good service.
Rodger and Rosa took over this small restaurant several years ago. They have continued the tradition of great Italian food at a fair price. If you like lasagna, try the Wednesday lasagna night special You will not leave hungry. Rodger and his family now own...the restaurant and they continue to be friendly and give excellent and personal service. Be aware, there's always a line to eat.
