Fajita Republic - Puerto Vallarta

I told the server immediately I had celiac and he assured me not to worry. Then he offered me flour tortillas. Dude was just pacifying me and had no idea what he was talking about. I took a chance and ordered the fajitas and cheese which was delicious. I dis not get sick, but don’t expect any real knowledge.

Great service the waiter knew exactly what celiac was and assured me there would be no cross contamination. Got shrimp, mahi mahi, and chicken fajitas with corn tortillas. was told I can’t have the steak because it was already marinated in soy sauce.

Waiter had great knowledge of what contained gluten and assured me they would take every precaution. Had a great meal and did not get sick.

El restaurante es muy bueno con variedad de fajitas. Las instalaciones son muy cómodos y de ambiente agradable. Tomar en cuenta que cierra a las 11 de la noche.

Excelente restaurante, las carnes cocinadas a la perfección. Ordene las fajitas mixtas, el pollo blandito y bien cocinado, la res como mantequilla y sazonada a la perfección, el camarón delicioso y limpio. Buen servicio de los meseros y el bartender de lentes. Saludos.
