Las Brazzas Grill - Puerto Vallarta

We have been going to this restaurant since 1994. The tortilla soup is excellent, prices very reasonable, and service always very friendly. Everything we've ordered through the years has been very tasty.

Excellent shrimp enchiladas, marlin tacos, and of course, margaritas! Love the location in the adorable plaza of the cultural center. Quiet and peaceful with lots to look at.

Las Brazzas is located almost at the end of the Isla Cuale, at the bottom of the new igauna footbridge.It would be easy to dismiss this little place, but if you stop you will find a warm welcome, a cold drink and good homemade food. This is very much a no frills bar/ restaurant run by father and daughter.The outside tables, set under palm trees, provide a view of Gringo Gulch and the Cultural Centre plaza. Margaritas and beers are 25 pesos. They have daily specials which will vary from smoked marlin tacos or shrimp dishes, and some of the best guacamole and tortilla soup (55 pesos) in Puerto Vallarta.Dinner dishes range from various fajitas and enchiladas to steak, breaded chicken breast parmesan, to shrimp, and fish fillet.Prices range from 20 pesos for some appetizers up to 250 pesos for some entrees.

Las Brazzas Grill is a nice little restaurant near the Cultural Center at the end of Isla Cuale. With just owner/chef Jorge and server Melissa in the restaurant, service is very attentive. Prices are very reasonable and there are always a number of daily specials. It is a great place to bring guests when visiting some of the hidden places of Puerto Vallarta. Today we enjoyed tortilla soup (rich broth, with lots of veggies, lime, and tortilla strips) and the special marlin tacos al pastor ( 4 tacos with lots of marlin and a tasty sauce). The margaritas were rather sweet, but refreshing. We don't get to the Grill very often, but always enjoy it when we do.

Wonderful spot, great food. Saw the other review about the marguerita ...this gringa thinks Las Brazzas serves the best margueritas she has ever tasted ($25 pesos ea!). Two drinks, bottled water, shrimp enchiladas, chicken Caesar salad and a beef taco $305 pesos, wonderful service. Delicious. We loved it.
