Mammaterra - Puerto Varas

The vegan burger was delicious and satisfying. My boyfriend loved it and I was definitely pleased. It's a great option for vegetarian/vegan food in Puerto Montt.

The service was perfect, with an excellent value for money. The only thing that could be improved is the type of packaging they use, to make it more sustainable.

I have visited this restaurant before, a few years ago, and at that time, you were able to choose your own type of bread, burger, and vegetables and then combine them all together. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The food now seems to be overloaded with sauces (especially vegan mayo), even the salads, and I found it to be too greasy. The quality has also decreased; for example, the vegan cheese was not melted but rather shredded and kept falling out of the burger. Additionally, the "vitaminic" drinks contained too much sugar.

Great to find vegan options here in a city of meat and fish!
