Carlita's - Pullman

I really enjoyed the vegan tacos at this restaurant. The vegan meat had amazing flavor and you can also get it in a burrito or bowl. I will definitely be returning for more!

I had never been to Carlita's before, but I decided to try it after noticing they had a plant-based meat option. I even emailed dining services to confirm that it was vegan. The street tacos were fantastic! The meat had a great flavor, similar to soy curls, and was well marinated in a spicy sauce. They also offer sides like mexi fries. Everything here is customizable, but it would be nice to have a vegan cheese option, especially for the nachos. You can find Carlita's in the food court on the main level of the Compton Union Building.

The meat tasted like soy chorizo, very well marinated in a spicy sauce. They also have sides like Mexi-Fritten. The only downside is that they don't offer a vegan cheese option, especially for the nachos.
