I was here in September 2023 for a few days with a group of people during which we rode our racing bikes for four consecutive days. Let me therefore start by saying that cycling here is incredibly beautiful. With the Izoard, Galibier, Granon, among others, nearby. But also many unknown gems. While co-owner Anne ensures that the kitchen produces unparalleled dishes, it is her husband Simon who makes it his personal mission that you get the most out of your holiday when it comes to cycling. The two also worked together for two days to serve a fantastic lunch on mountain peaks that will remain with me as a memory forever. Furthermore, we slept as a group in the luxurious chalet belonging to the hotel and that, in addition to the breakfasts and dinners in the hotel, was also fantastic. Sincerely, as an outdoor fanatic, this location belongs on your bucket list!
