My wife and I called the store 8 times to inform them about it but they never answered. We have call records to prove it as well. We never once had an incident with KFC, this will definitely be our last.
Paid $40 for our meals . Used to be worth it but this is disrespectful. Next time I'll make my own I guess. Food entailed or was supposed to be ; Chicken little meal with a side of Mac The new chicken wrap (spicy) Other photo is comparison for gauging.
9pm 2/18/24 Ordered about $80 worth of food consisting of 12pc kfc family deal and taco bell. 12pc we had mixed of 6pc original and 6pc tender with double mash with gravy, 6biscuits, and mac n cheese The 6pc original they gave was 4 tiny drums and 2 tiny wings and 6 tenders which all was dried out and seem like leftovers from the earlier dinner rush, was given 4 biscuits insyead of 6. Also added dipping sauces for the tenders that they did not give at all. As for the tacobell order, all tacos, gorditas, etc. Came with zero cheese. Staff had a (dont care attitude. Very disappointed with the staff tonight. Bad service and quality trickles uphill of chain of command.
Chicken was overcooked and dry. The mashed potatoes had zero taste. Coleslaw was frozen. Don't waste your money.
I ordered some original chicken and regular crunchy tacos, which were delicious. The service was friendly and efficient, and the drive-thru got us in and out quickly. I appreciate the convenient location at the corner of Meridian and 176th in the Fred Meyers shopping center. However, I was disappointed in the small portion of Mac n cheese I ordered for my daughter. It looked like it was either only half filled or half eaten. This KFC is our go-to spot for fried chicken, but with the new Popeyes on Canyon and Winco nearby, KFC will need to up their game.
