Shije Fshati is a one-of-a-kind traditional restaurant in Tirana. The staff is professional and extremely friendly. It comes highly recommended for anyone looking to experience traditional Albanian cuisine.
This restaurant offers a variety of very fresh products sourced from the village. They have delicious options for both vegetarians and vegans. The service is excellent and the food is special and truly delicious.
Although it may not be the most vegan-friendly experience, the food at this restaurant is delicious and the service is very friendly. They have a variety of vegetarian options and also offer vegan choices. We tried the daily sweet soup, fried zucchini, and two tomato and spinach byrek. I highly recommend the tomato and spinach one! The four dishes we ordered were likely vegan. We also enjoyed some local beer and had a lovely evening.
The cake and the croquettes were not vegan. not sure about the broken zucchini. we were offered only salad, grilled vegetables, rice and chips, so we went elsewhere. for Albanian restaurants it is normal. we rode on the way to the manager who was shamed that these items were vegan, but the waiter had checked with the cook.
