We were there several times and enjoyed eating every time. very surprised by the price-performance ratio large portion and not expensive at all. and the best sticky toffee pudding at all! miss this place when they sell.

A good coffee tea or cake platicated in company good drip and attention

We came to a qualicum beach on a family vacation and thought this would be a nice place to have dinner. We were a party of 8 with 2 kids and arrived at 5pm. They were quick to take our order and said that it would take some time to get our order together which was fine because we were early. It was 6pm an hour had passed and we noticed that parties that came after us started getting their food so we inquired on the status of our order, nor did they come once to check up. The waitress came back at 6:10 and came to us with saying that our order was forgotten' unapologetically and told us it would be 10 more minutes. 6:40pm the food still didn't come out so we got up and left. We had ordered a bottle of wine and water and while paying for this, turned extremely rude to us, when we inquired on why the wine and water were 60$, the waitress started arguing and said to us OUR ORDER IS ALMOST READY, WE ARE WASTING THEIR FOOD'. I had to calm my dad down. We quietly paid and left while the waitress was mouthing off my little sister. I truly feel like we were deliberatly ignored and mistreated being a family of color visiting a white dominant neighbourhood. You guys need to get your act together and treat all customers regardless of their color better.
