Had the best dinner the Goddess Bowl with turmeric chicken and ginger probiotic soda. It was delish! Thank you! And paint night was wonderful!

Incredible food, made with organic produce from the associated farm. Quirky and funky decor and friendly staff. Plus, live music every night.

I adore this place. The lady who runs it is so funny, and kind. She really cares about the community and the environment and whereas lots of other restaurants TALK about buying local, she really does it! Everything on the menu is sourced on the island and is super tasty and good for you. Best restaurant on Vancouver Island!

We heard about the Island SodaWorks Bistro from a friend and were excited to try it. We were not disappointed. The food was fresh, local and delicious. I am gluten-free and there were several excellent choices. Talking with Mandolyn was a delight and we felt happy and deeply nourished when we completed our meal. It's wonderful to have a conscious, healthy restaurant north of Nanaimo and we plan to return often.
