A relaxed atmosphere with world music (African), at the taste of the day, with beautiful decorations. Unfortunately, the tables were too close to each other, so we were too close to the other customers. When we arrived at about 5:45 p.m., there were few customers, but later there were more customers to serve, the server had a lot of difficulty serving everyone, and he was moving very quickly in the restaurant space. The dishes were very tasty, but given the number of servers in insufficient quantity, so we waited very long to order another glass and dessert. The server never came back to our table, so we had to get up to order. In the middle of the evening, the cooks came to help with the service at the table. Maybe she should have helped earlier...The prices were quite expensive, but because of the discount on the 2nd plate (50%), that’s what prompted me to choose this restaurant for that evening of February 14, Valentine’s Day. I ordered a good juice but I realized it was done with powdered juice. I would have expected some real juice on the spot, though, I will not hesitate to go back, since I am very looking forward to discovering the other dishes that I haven’t had the chance to taste yet!

I left him the pleasure of making the reservation and we meet there on Thursday at noon. The entrance is made by an African grocery store. we are taken to the restaurant part: we are the first customers to get to the table. We are each given a glass of water and we are explained by the menu, a fairly limited choice focused on chicken and beef. We asked for half a litre of white wine. A few minutes later, a second lady returns, apologizes for saying that there was no white wine. We are then offered red wine that we accept. the wine carafe is eventually placed on the table and we make our choice of meals. I opt for a beef meal accompanied by an African vegetable that I don’t know but I decide to try. My friend is picking a chicken. The waitress comes back telling me that my choice was not available... So I choose a chicken meal called mafé that is served in a peanut-based sauce. the waitress leaves, we start talking while waiting for the arrival of our cuts for the wine, cuts we had to ask after a few minutes of waiting. our choice of meals is excellent. We feel that the meal was prepared by an African mother for two guests who arrived on the spot. the decor is African, the music is African and the fact that we were the only customers this Thursday noon make this experience unique... "I always appreciate your choice of resto." I don’t know if my friend is going to review his appreciation of my restaurant choices...However, if you’re looking for an atypical restaurant, an honest culinary experience and you’re not upset by the adjustments you’ll need to make to your expectations regarding what’s the norm, this is an address to explore.
