Baskin-robbins - Queens

If you're looking for a frustrating experience, this is the place for you. I usually don't voice my complaints, but the lack of organization here is striking. The franchise owner seems to struggle significantly with managing the staff. To make matters worse, I've noticed that white patrons are served quicker than those from other backgrounds.

This place is excellent! I absolutely love it here—the staff is incredibly friendly.

The food was good, but the parking lot was extremely dirty. The staff member who assisted us seemed rushed and asked us multiple times what we wanted without giving us a chance to respond. It came off as quite rude. I would be embarrassed to own a place that looks like this.
