They have THE BEST garlic knots. No other pizzeria in queens makes them this big!! for the price, it’s a steal. They’re so good. They add a good amount of garlic oil— they’re never dry. It’s delicious.Food: 5/5

Ordered online and they brought a totally different order. This is the 2nd time they messed up my order, and instead of offering to send the right order, they offer me a $5 -10 credit for sending wrong pasta (meanwhile spent $78), meanwhile it was supposed to be gluten free pasta so my daughter cannot even eat it. The restaurant does not take accountability for their mistakes. Will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Customer service= Horrible. Placed an order through Grubhub. The order came, and everything was messed up. Wrong pizza, wrong pasta, and I received someone else’s order. I would have blamed Grubhub but it’s truly the person who bagged this order together at the pizza shops fault. And all they said was that they can give us a $5 credit. So now I’m stuck with food that I didn’t even order. I was a fan of this spot but their service to loyal customer is horrible.

Horrible service. 2nd time they messed up my order and restaurant does not take accountability for sending wrong order. Placed order for $78 and they want to refund me $5 to $10 for 90 percent order wrong. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE WAY TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
