Taco Bell - Queens

5 stars because every time I order from here, they always taste so fresh.

Very slow service and terribly prepared. Looks thrown together every time and a absolute mess. Order always comes in wrong no matter how you order (In person or online). The manager (if you can even call him that) doesn't do anything. I've seen him micro manage more then manage. The workers are just as bad. I witnessed the workers literally cursing out customers and being beyond rude. I know reviews won't help this place. So hopefully corporate will.

The service was not good. I placed a mobile order for pick, got the notification my order was ready at 6:40pm, went in and was told it was not ready. So I waited and waited. People kept coming in ordering and leaving. Still my name was not called. Now it was 7:05pm. I went again and said I am still waiting it is now 7:05pm and they were still saying we working on it. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO THERE!!!

First they force you to use a kiosk when not everyone feels comfortable and they're so close together, where are the safety measures taken for the customer well being? Then the manager is walking back and forth touching every food tray without Gloves while talking over all all the exposed food without a mask! I ordered a party pack of crunchy Supreme tacos and when I got home and my kids started eating not one taco had sour cream!! I tried calling to speak to someone about my order and no answer. I'm never going back to this location very disappointed. Not forgetting the long wait!

Great service. The customers are super rude and ratchet. They have zero patience and constant taunt the staff.The staff tries their best while working in hot conditions.Maybe the area needs to stop being so ghetto and treat these workers nicer.I AM NOT A WORKER, JUST A NORMAL CUSTOMER WHO HAS MANNERS.
