We made reservation ahead of time and got 2 big long table in one of the party room on ground floor. The room we isn't exclusive for our party, there are other patreons in the same room. We ordered multiple appetizers to shared with the tables, the wings are good, but the dipping sauce for calamari was extremely sour for my taste so is the iced coffee we ordered. The spicy squid rice and bulgogi rice were decent.
Tucked behind a wall of pine trees, this restaurant has a simple yet inviting ambiance. The outside dining area is adorned by enchanting streaming lights, wooden walls, and vibrant furniture, which all work together to create a captivating space that evokes a scene from a k-drama.The menu offers an eclectic mix of Italian, Mexican, and Korean cuisines. Started off with the fried calamari and bulgogi quesadilla. While the fried calamari was satisfactory, the quesadilla was much better, boasting a satisfying crispy, toasted shell, while the sweet bulgogi filling contrasted well with the tangy dipping sauce. Next, we had the baby back ribs, bulgogi rice platter, and the penne a la vodka. The ribs were cooked well but a bit too sweet for me (my kids liked it). The bulgogi, which was delicious in the quesadilla, didn't work well in the platter, as it didn't taste much like bulgogi.The penne with chicken was a pleasant surprise, as the creamy and rich sauce enveloped the pasta, resulting in a satisfying combination. The addition of chicken added an extra layer of flavor, enhancing the dish's overall appeal. Meanwhile, the arugula salad impressed with its delightful interplay of flavors. The balsamic vinaigrette, beets, roasted mushrooms, and pine nuts complemented each other harmoniously, creating an interesting blend of sweet and nutty notes.Definitely a nice place to visit.
Cool laid back Korean spot with good food and drinks. Service is friendly and whether you sit inside or outside, it's a nice vibe.
Cute restaurant with 2 enclosed outdoor dining spaces decorated with string lights, complete with heating and fans.Came in on a rainy Saturday around noon and was promptly seated with menus, a brunch menu, and new specials. The crispy tteok bokki was a nice twist and it was delicious! We got the classic 3 eggs and eggs Benedict from the brunch menu. Food came out promptly.Our waiter was enthusiastic and energetic despite the downpour. However, they did forgot the juice that we ordered. They were really helpful and receptive when there was a handicapped individual in another party; they got a portable ramp and helped the group wheel in the individual. Not sure if there's an accessible bathroom though as you have to walk up stairs to get inside the restaurant where there are two unisex bathrooms.Restaurant was pretty full when we left around 1:30 during a downpour. I imagine it would've been packed if it wasn't for the rain.All in all, cute restaurant with decent food.Parking: You can find free street parking in the residential streets perpendicular to Northern Blvd.
Since we have a ? pup, we are always looking for outdoor seating restaurants that allow us to eat with our furry family! This place not only awesome in that sense, but also provides the amazing food selection and service!We had tteokboki appetizer fried rice cake covered in spicy gochujang omelette and egg Benedict! They were delicious!! Their outdoor set up is also amazing ?, lots of plants and flowers!They also provided our pup water bowl during our dining in which was so sweet.Thank you!
