Contribuisci feedbackDuring my visit, I had the opportunity to sample a variety of dishes, including the unique Sisig Bombs, which are a spin on the traditional dynamite appetizer using sisig instead of pork. The Tawilis Salad was a refreshing mix of mesclun greens and crispy fried small fish, while the Paco Salad was a pleasant surprise with its fiddlehead ferns and flavorful calamansi vinaigrette. Other standout dishes included the melt-in-your-mouth Lengua in rich mushroom sauce, the visually appealing Kare Kare Bagnet with a sweet peanut sauce, and the tender Grilled Tanigue Tail marinated in sweet and sour sauce. The Stuffed Squid, Adobo Rice, and Seafood Pasta were also delicious options. For dessert, the Rainbow Velvet Cake and Exotic Cake were both tasty choices, as well as the soft and fluffy Ensaymada glazed with caramel. Overall, Cafe Oley offers a comforting dining experience with quality food and excellent service.
The ilocano dishes were not really that authentic to a true blooded ilocano like me. They served huge eggplants and bitter melons in their pinakbet....
