The chicken is absolutely delicious: delicate, smoky goodness, which leaves her palate a wonderful experience. Do you want to improve the flavors a bit? Try to add one of your characteristic sauces - from mild to spicy to cajun flavors - there is enough variety to meet even the pingliest eater. My only beef is that I find the pasta overpriced, and your Shrimp Aglio Olio is a coated version of the Shrimp Pasta, which you can get at Stackers, your sister company. I feel insulted to pay more for the same court, I think. Nevertheless, the staff are friendly and will definitely come back to get more chicken!
The Rio (PhP 695) is a phenomenal plate with one whole hearty peri-peri chicken with java rice, java garlic rice, fries, and tortilla. The chicken was perfectly cooked and amazing with all the side dishes. It came out really juicy in the middle and somewhat charred outside. The staff said that the Rio Peri-Peri is one of the best things on the menu, and we agree. It’s a solid order with a “yes” factor to the taste. Topped with grilled peri-peri chicken strips, onions, tomatoes with perinnaise sauce, the Ala Peri-Peri Pizza (PhP 350) was another great entree that can represent what Peri-Peri chicken is all about. Chicken strips were on point texturally with a nice interplay of hot-off-the-grill, savory and rustic flavor. It’s easy to be head-over-heels with this one! rochkirstin.com
"Welcome to Peri Peri", "Welcome". That's the greeting that gave us the feeling of being welcome. :)) We ordered a weekday special consisting of two 1/8 chicken, R fishing sticks, 2 Java rice, 2 coleslaw and 2 Pepsi. We also had an extra quatro - 1/4 chicken - because I thought 1/8 chicken is not enough. I had expected that it is served on a wooden board, but that was not the case as it was a few food. It can not be helped. The chicken is not salty and it is not bad papakin after the rice was consumed. I also love the sauce. Sometimes I added sharp and spicy sauce tasted to Couscous by Mary Grace (which I do not like), but only mild, so I agreed with it. The fishstick is not great, but with sourdough and cream it is better. The ambience, the service and the food are good overall.
Juan Miguel Villanueva and I ordered Rio (1 whole chicken with 4 pages) for only 695php. It's already good for 3-4 people. Some parts were juicy, others but also dry. The pages were okay too.
If you're avoiding fried dishes better try this one. They have a big serving good for 3 to 4 persons which includes roasted mexican whole chicken, flavored rice, mashed potato and corn as our side dish. They also have nachos as appetizer while waiting for your order. My only comment is that the service is a bit slow and i guess it requires more training for their staff. happyhippievibe.com
