In the front, there were probably around 2 larger tables, 4 smaller tables, and 4 bar stool seats against the wall. I was afraid that my family of five would not be accommodated but was pleasantly surprised to find that this place has outdoor seating behind the restaurant. It's a shaded outdoor patio with lots of different things to admire: the numerous hanging potted plants, the Pi sign, and the resto backdrop. It wasn't too hot since there was a roof over our heads and there was also an electric fan to keep us extra cool. The service was great, but the food did take awhile to come out. I would say it took 30-50 minutes for all of our food to come out. I ordered the Caramelized Spam with Kimchi, Garlic rice, and five minute egg. Before my order arrived, I asked myself why I would get spam when I eat it like 2x or more a week. But it was delish! My favorite part of the meal was the 5 minute egg. It was cooked perfectly. My dad and sister got the chicken and waffles. The waffles were coated with strawberry sauce and came with an icing flavored condiment (possibly the syrup?). The chicken was thin fried chicken skin. I was a little disappointed to see that it was fried chicken skin instead of actual fried chicken. Coming from America, I had never seen a chicken and waffles dish like that. However, my dad and sister did say it tasted very good despite not being as meaty as they would have liked. I tried a bit and I agreed that it was tasty, but more meat would definitely make it better. My mom ordered the salmon and waffles. A weird combination in my opinion. The salmon looked almost raw and my mom did not expect that. She said it was alright. I'm not much of a raw salmon type of person so I didn't try. Lastly, my other sister got the Eggs Benny. They looked SUPER good when they came out! Typically, the eggs in eggs Benedict are poached, but the one my sister had were more on the boiled side. ALSO, I definitely recommend the fresh squeezed orange juice. My family and I agreed that it was THE BEST orange juice we've ever tasted. It is on the more expensive side, though. But worth it!

It is situated along malingap street, worth a visit if you want to start your day with a good breakfast. If you love hot chocolate, try their smores hot chocolate, kinda sweet but just enough to pump up your energy level. Breakfast plates are generously served. Try their Huevos Rancheros ???? staff are very nice too. I would really recommend this place to everyone especially for those who are a breakfast person.
I love breakfast. But I can't seem to get my bones to wake up and take me to a place that serve (good) breakfast. Good thing that wasn't the case this morning. After a brunch meeting that ended much earlier that expected, I was "gifted" with a two-hour window til my next meeting. Goodie. So I visited an all-day breakfast place in Malingap which I, for a long while, has been planning to visit. I was trying to look for that smell of breakfast (I guess the smell of breakfast is brewing coffee and baking bread, duh) when I entered the cozy, quaint restaurant. Disappointed, sat myself near the door to capture the sunlight (for photo taking), ordered (I knew what I wanted) and appreciated the interior. Their own iced tea blend was too sweet for me but still good (at least, it's not powder... or was it?). The Homemade Brioche French Toast with ricotta cheese and pistachio nuts is highly-recommended. The bread is thick topped with vanilla ice cream and served with orange honey. I finished everything including the too-sweet iced tea. One observation: it was lunch already and yet the bread baskets were almost empty. Did I miss the throng of happy customers that (almost) emptied the bread baskets (of course, sarcastic statements like these need no answer)? Just the same, I will be coming back for their Huevos Rancheros. And I will definitely buy bread if and when the owners decided to bake a bunch.
