Note: late review the only reason I wanted to swing from merkanto is the sadak. I love Indian food and I am the only one in my family that happens like this type of kitchen I and my homies came to a lil early and sadak is still closed. that is a test of my eq. we ate first some Vietnamese foods that opens me a lil-bit India bar shortly after eating our Vietnamese dug I got some roti for the carbahn, significant other tasks. cma misses the roti with curry dip in the now defunct long grain in the power plant. he seems happy with the Indian version of pancakes. the curry lacks the taste I'm looking for, but it's decent. the redi kept it...read more
For a car-indian eating, I mean it's not that bad. I really enjoy the cheese naan and the simple one. the curry sauce was also okay. for his price, be okay. it fulfills their Indian demand. I like it
The merkanto street was one of the most anticipated stops during our Maginhawa food crawl. with j's new found love for banh mi and r interest in Indian food, we had to make sure that once the watch meets 4 p.m hallo, merkanto street international street food! (whew, this is a mouthful of the humble car wash and food park in one was empty when we arrived there at 16:30 clock and sadly there was only one stable to cut this (check viet nom for my review of his courts as we were still around 17 o'clock, r2 went with a roti from the...read more
I have had authentic Indian food so the paratha and samosa weren't that good for my taste. It's okay but I've had better from other stores in Manila. I guess fot the price, it's okay na din I hope they make the samosa's dough more puffy to make it less like Indian flavoured empanada, and the paratha more moist and pliable with the ingredients mixed inside and not just sandwiched in between two tortillas Tha communal payment area needs improvement because the queue can be long and there's only one person manually issuing receipts Staff were really nice so that's something.
