Merkanto offers street food from Morocco, Indonesia, India, Brazil, and Vietnam. Place: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Surprisingly, merkanto is located inside a carwash..so while enjoying their food, customers can also avail carwash services. The food carts are designed per country's theme. There are few tables and chairs. There's also a sink installed in a bicycle, but my favorite was the lights in the bamboo that were decorated to look like a tree branches. Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the Maakouda (P60) from Morocco and chicken satay (P50/stick) from Indonesia food cart. The maakouda, as described by the server was a deep fried mashed potato topped with mayonnaise, cheese and herbs. This dish was delicious, a combination of soft and crisp. The chicken satay was grilled to perfection. It has peanut butter sauce which compliments the juicy chicken. Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everyone was really nice. Customers are very much curious with the dishes they are serving thus they have many questions and all the crews were very much happy to answer and help their customers decide on what to try.
