Taco Bell - Racine

This location is under new management and I can honestly say that the quality has improved so much and the employees are very nice.

Lady this place hates this job can tell by her voice and getting all rude when asking for specific orders never coming here again

I went in the drive thru at about 1130am, they messed up my food so I came in. It was a person with a manager shirt on and a limp. She was very very rude and had a snotty attitude. She did not seem like she wanted to help me much. I usually try to visit twice a week but the last month has been absolutely horrible.

Food was old and soggy. Like it was made hours ago and not 15 mins ago when we order it. The most disgusting taco bell food I have ever had. It’s like they stepped on it and gave to us. It was also ice cold. Completely useless and incompetent employees and management.

Pay workers to be great. Franchisee only cares that they get paid. ThisTaco Hell is the only 7-11 around. Opens at 11, closes by 7. ?
