This Wendy’s is the worst location i’ve ever experienced. There is always a issue with this place. It’s always that the system’s down (multiple times closer to closing time), only accepting cash, then go back and it’s only accepting cards, no ice in drinks, old/cold food, missing items from the order. I mean it’s always something. DO NOT RECOMMEND. if I could give zero stars I would
I really just wanted to take a second to brag on the manager named ‘Bond’ who was working tonight. He was not only managing but also working the drive thru window and was so friendly and provided exceptional customer service. Just know it doesn’t go unappreciated!
Went to go through the drive thru, and literally no joke, the person in front of us was able to order but when we came up to order, the person on the other end, said, oh well our system has been down for a few minutes I don’t know how long it’s gonna take. When the person in front of us was able to order. People, if you do not want to work for fast food, don’t work in it! Every one of them needs to be fired in afternoon shift because it has gotten bad. I love going to that one but seeing the other reviews for it now, I do not want to eat at that one anymore. Their staff needs to stop being lazy as h3ll and actually work. I will probably start going back to the one in Christiansburg. Yes, I’ve noticed it takes forever to get food done there, but them actually serving their customers like their supposed to, that’s what a fast food chain is supposed to do. Not randomly say “oh, our server is down and we can’t take orders”, when I know that the person in front of us literally ordered through the drive thru.
Order is ALWAYS wrong, service is unbelievably slow or they just say things like “our system is down, card machine broken” etc…etc… like a few times is understandable but after that, a manager or corporate needs to step in. I honestly believe they are lying.
