Applebee's Neighborhood Grill

My and my mother and I went here to eat for lunch the waitress staff was extremely nice and did do a good job but they do need new cooks or the cooks need a lot of training the food was cold the stake was undercooked my mother asked for hers to be well done they brought it out **** she sent it back to be cooked a little while longer and all they did was though it in a microwave and brought back a rubbery tough stake I asked for mine to be medium well it came out rare our chicken quesadillas was cold it took over an hour to get our food and it was very few customers there so why it took so long I don't know they did discount one of the stakes by $10 They didn’t do the other one only because I just ate it the way it was I’m not hugely picky about my steak but my mother is and she stated that clearly she said she wanted to see no pink at all she wanted it well well done. The restaurant wasn’t that clean as it should be the table was sticky and the floor was sticky unfortunately we will never dine there here again.
