I came back visit today and they served me straight dark water?with a piece of mushroom.. I order 4 lunch specialties and a bento box? ... the bento box should bring the miso suppe I thought this suppe they served was for lunch special I asked them for the missing suppe from the Bengo box. the dame on the theke has the audacity to tell me that this suppe does not come with tofu when I literally eat here once in the week back in 2018? that's just dark water! does not even have the nebel paste? please let them know that the miso suppe comes with many other ingredients such as wakame dried seetang, miso paste, scallions, and of course tofuuuuuuu! and btw the yum yum sauce was tasteless? they used to be good, no more, they don't waste their money here!
Went there for the first time tonight. My order was missing an item (easy mistake and easy to fix so I waited while the super sweet and diligent lady behind the counter corrected the error. She apologized and kept me updated all while juggling walk in orders, door dash orders, and phone orders. She was so busy she even forgot she had made my salad and called me after I left to make sure I got it. What a great employee!! She really did go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and on top of that, the food is delicious! We’ll definitely be ordering again : my one suggestion is that they need some background music in the seating area! Other than that everything was perfect!
Food was delicious and cooks did a good job with time. The only problem was the cashier. She talks to the customers as if they are incompetent. Need a cashier who is patient with customers.
Food was not that good. Crab rangoon was kind of rubbery. But the cashier was awesome!!
Just left we ordered and paid for 1lb of crab legs and got 7.8 oz. I had to tell the lady to bring me a scale because they didn't understand it wasn't a pound. So she had to call the owner the owner had to translate for the cook. We had to sit and wait for our extra cluster. The lady at the register was nice but how the hell do you have a cook who sells by the oz and not weigh the food my order was $76. The worst I've ever paid for a seafood dinner. I suggest you train your cooks on using proper portions and basic English to understand how to fix a small problem like that. The fact that I had to have them get a scale is beyond me just to get them to understand what I was saying.
