During lunch it is hectic and they only have breakfast food.

I would appreciate it if you could add whipped cream as an option for lattes. I always have to mention it in the order comments, and I only receive it about half the time.

It typically takes about 15 minutes to make a bagel from scratch and toast it, which is reasonable. However, to my surprise, their toaster is nothing more than an Easy-Bake Oven.

I saw a chicken sandwich on the flyer that looked delicious and enticing, but in reality, it was cold and completely lacking flavor. I suppose you get what you pay for?

The service was extremely slow; I waited over 30 minutes just for a drink because they prioritized the online orders before everything else.
