Great service! I dined in for lunch and found the overall experience wonderful. The meal cost around $10–20 per person. The food was rated 4 out of 5, the service was exceptional at a perfect 5, and the atmosphere was also quite nice, rated at 4.

Yesterday, my 98-year-old grandfather, who has difficulty hearing, wanted to enjoy a nice lunch with some family visiting from out of state. He really enjoys dining at Ruby's, so we decided to meet him there. Byron, a staff member, helped us find a quiet spot to sit with him and even lowered the music since we were among the few customers in the restaurant. He checked on us frequently during our meal, and I appreciated how attentive he was! The food was also delicious. Based solely on the service, I would definitely return.
