Kfc - Randallstown

Food is still delicious but prices limit my affordability and visits as a patron.

Placed an order online and picked it up in store. The food I was given was not fresh at all. Totally greasy, stale, and hard chicken. I paid almost $40 and the food was horrible. The workers were doing their best to manage the place but there is not excuse for the disgusting food being served. The restaurant was completely out of ice. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and the bathroom smelled like sewer water. I stopped going to KFC years ago because the quality had gone down so much but I decided to give them another try... TERRIBLE MISTAKE!!! KFC continues to increase prices but the food quality continues to decline. Unfortunately, I'm no longer willing to take a chance with KFC ever.

Worst one I've ever Geena to. They messed up my order, gave me my drinks with no ice, then the manager gave me an attitude when I complained.

The lady working at the drive thru at Kentucky Fried Chicken on Liberty Rd ,Randallstown Md had a nasty attitude and talked to me as if I were bothering her when I asked questions about my order. Her attitude made me cancel my order and pull out of the drive through. Work another position if you don’t want give decent customer service

I arrived at this KFC at 10pm. They close at 11pm so there is no reason I should have received food that was that terrible. All the food was cold, the biscuits were hard, the fries were hard, the chicken nuggets were like 1/3 the size of a normal chicken nugget, and it seemed like they looked for the worst pieces of chicken they could give me. I will never buy from this location again. What's sad is I used to work at that location in 99, and we made sure that the customers had good food and good service.
