The spice bag was delivered extremely cold, over 50 minutes late. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was only given the option of receiving a bag of prawn crackers or a free drink on my next order. The customer service was severely lacking. The only redeeming quality of this restaurant is Keith, the delivery driver.

I have been waiting for my delivery for 2 hours with two hungry young boys. It is almost their bedtime and we still have not received our dinner. I have called twice, but they cannot give me an estimated time for when the food will arrive. We used to order from this restaurant frequently, but after this experience, we will not be ordering from them again. The way they have handled this situation has cost them at least 100€ in monthly orders. I wish them luck. Right now, I need to make some toast for my children and request a refund for the order I have already paid for. This has been a terrible experience.

I was left waiting on hold for 5 minutes on three separate occasions. When I finally received my order, there was missing items and the phone service was poor.

Purchased a special curry ,fried rice, spicey box and extra portion of curry sauce. The chicken in the curry was nothing like I ever tasted in my life. It was big soft lumps with no bite to it like chicken should have. I cant figure out how it was prepared but It was disgusting really.The portion of extra curry sauce had a lovely taste but the curry sauce in the special curry was watery with little flavour. Finally there was no fried rice in the order on returning home.

Just went here now for food. Got the salted squid starter which was lovely and tasty and a nice amount of squid(€6.40)then i ordered the chicken bank bank(€8.80) with egg fried rice(€0.50). the chicken bang bang wasent anything special but tasted like spiced soya sauce(too much soy sauce)It could be nice with a bit more imagination. and the fried rice was bland and not fried at all with not much egg. gone is the day when you get good egg fried rice with loads of egg and it properly fried with maybe some Sesame oil. This place has potential
