Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse - Rawlins

The only downside was that I was the only one who wanted hibachi, and they require at least two people for a chef to cook at the table. Instead, I ended up ordering from the regular menu and had the steak bento box. I only ate the steak and fried rice because the portion was too large for me to finish on my own. It was definitely enough food for two people.

We stopped at this restaurant during our road trip and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious. We will definitely make a point to stop by again the next time we are in the area.

Great flavor balances and well prepared dishes. My wife and I ordered an appetizer of Edamame, a tempura chicken and a teryaki chicken bento box. We definitely needed a to-go box. A really nice find in Rawlins. The lights in the ceiling were fun too.
