Pizza Hut - Raymondville

I always place a curbside order to avoid going inside. The last two times I ordered the phone numbers either don’t work or it just rings forever. Today I decided to pick up inside. Although the food was hot and fresh and the restaurant was fairly clean, the guy making pizzas was not wearing a hair net or gloves! He had both bare hands down inside multiple toppings and making pizzas. I asked the manager if they had protocol to wear gloves for sanitary reasons and he said “only sometimes”. Minutes later the employee returned with gloves and a hair net. fortunately our food was hot and delicious but I was a little grossed out. I will be hesitant to visit this location again.

I try and visit every pizza hut that I come across. Their wings are the best around. Food was hot and delicious. Pizza was great as well. Friendly staff.

Your website always charges my bank account multiple times. Then when I call to correct it I get connected to a lady with a rooster in the background before getting the actual store. She can't even help me with the charges to the bank or see my order. Not only was a charged many times but the order was never put through on the stores side. (Tgis has happened before). At the store the man taking my order hung up before asking for my payment so I had to call rooster lady back to get connected again. The food was hot a good but please FIX THE WEBSITE

Went with friends and I Ordered a Lg pizza, found hair on the slices, couldn’t believe it. I was very disappointed. Cooks do not wear hairnets. I couldn’t take a picture due to being very disappointed.

Found hair in my pizza twice, the cooks do not wear hairnets or gloves watch out would not recommend.
