The place is comfy and the people there are really nice. Theres a lounge area and a general dining area.

It was my very first time at dunkin donuts, and i ordered a iced coffe , and the ladies over there made the best ever ice coffee for me . the service was very nice and the smile of both ladies was awesome.

The girl at the counter was quite arrogant. I ordered a cappuccino with a shot of espresso, but she didn't include the shot I requested and still charged me for it. This place doesn't seem to care about fulfilling orders correctly; they just give you what they want. I won't be returning here and will choose a different coffee shop from now on.

I had placed my order in advance using the app to save time and made sure not to select a location that indicated not all products were available. However, upon arriving, I was promptly informed that one of the items I had chosen was unavailable. The staff member asked me to select a replacement, which meant I had to wait for my order to be prepared. While the experience was fine overall, it didn't quite live up to my expectations for the ordering process.
