Chick-fil-a - Reading

Not very found that it was inside the shopping center, but it was much faster then wait in long lines. My husband and I found the food here much fatter than other places.

The only Chick-fil-A I ever had a bad experience. And it was several times. Tonight was no exception and a reminder of why I have to stop coming here. At first they missed something from our food in the order and as we missed my poor sister on her dinner. Second, the frits were a limp, mushy stack. And thirdly, Mac and cheese was not the normal creamy chef. It was basically just plain pasta with crushed cheeses. We usually clean everything we get at Chick-fil-A, but not tonight. There was a lot of food thrown into the garbage because it was there!

Management at this point are the rude people I had ever interacted with in my life. I have been Corporate Manager for years and so-called Manager, Valerie, is pompous, condescending and egotistical for employees and customers. The regional manager really needs to perform a serious employee and customer service evaluation. I see other posts with a star and it all revolves around Valerie's very bad management skills and above all human interaction skills. If a person believes that they are always correct in any given situation, regardless of the truth there is a serious problem.

Do I really even have to write a review?? Chick fil a is the best literally. You never have a little dry like mcdonald's cough?. And you want your Mac and cheese to die even though I am? m lactose intolerant ima still eat it?s just so good.

Food tasted like it was fried in burnt oil. Perhaps it could be better on another day. Staff was nice, but, of course they were?it?s Chik-fil-A.
