When I brought these issues to their attention, the staff reacted defensively rather than addressing my concerns. Additionally, I did not receive a receipt for my meal, which added to my frustration. Overall, I was not pleased with the service."
I then went to the window to request cookies, but was told they couldn’t give me those either. Frustrated, I told the woman at the window that I wanted to cancel my order since they couldn’t fulfill it as requested. She initially closed the window, only to reopen it moments later and inform me that I needed to cancel it through the app. I asked how to do that, and she promptly closed the window again. I stood there for a while, trying to figure out how to cancel my order through the app, but I couldn’t find any option. The virtual assistant was no help either. Eventually, I just left the drive-thru, hoping to receive a refund for my $41 order. Fortunately, their phone customer service was very good. The representative I spoke with was helpful in processing my cancellation. At that moment, the woman at the window finally reopened it and asked if I needed anything. I told her that I was in contact with customer service to cancel my order and wouldn’t drive away until my money was refunded. She closed the window again, and I could see her and the staff laughing, including one person who seemed to be in a supervisory role. Overall, the customer service was absolutely terrible, except for the helpful person on the phone. I've decided not to return to the KFC in Exeter, PA. Instead, I visited the KFC in Shillington, PA, where the service was excellent. My order was ready upon my arrival, and I encountered no issues whatsoever.
From September 3, 2021 this KFC confirmed in Exeter pa off perkiomen ave 3 cases of Kovid and the owner will not turn it off for cleaning STAY from this covid hot spot
Great price if your budget. You get fresh chicken and a whole meal for just $5. It's a great price you can't beat.
I placed an order online, and it was ready right on time. Everything was accurate and absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly, and although the drive-thru was busy, it moved quickly. I highly recommend this place!
