Mcdonald's - Reading

The McDonald 's in Mount Penn is probably my least favorite place. About 99 percent of my visits to this store was my order always wrong or missing parts of my orders... The last time I went to them, I was asked that you take up and wait. My only order I've been waiting for was told that they only waited for fresh hairdressers, but when I got my food, the fresh hairdressers were happy warm...

They rarely get your order right, but I guess that 's understandable when the only words most employees there know how to say is, Can I take your order? Never a hello, thank you, have a good day, etc. Apparently they think you can drink through your nose too cause you only get a straw about 10% of the time.

Every time I go here they mess the order up... literally open the happy meal and only a toy and fries... the employees don?t care... don?t apologize... and you can hear them complain about you. The highlight is when the manager throws the missing items into your car... needs a new competent staff!

They are always friendly and I never have to wait for my order here they are fast no matter if there's a ton of cars they always get through it and I'm never waiting long they're friendly and their staff really tries their best even you now to the customers that I hear in front of or behind me that have issues they seem to handle them well

Ridiculous asked for extra cheese since sandwich doesn?t come with any and asked for no maynaise and worst of all it looks like they grabbed bun and just splattered it on it?s all in a pile look at the quality of this sandwich what quality old looking lettuce just splattered pile of mayonnaise and forgot the tomato .. so tired of this place been going from time to time lately but won?t be getting food anymore . Kinda dislike McDonald?s as it is then get this kind of service make me stay away again. Also not a big deal but asked for no ice and got a lot of ice and big deal the drink is already all water tasting ! Nothing but a bad place
