Papa's Best Batch - RED HOOK

We hired them for an event and they didn't show up. It's disappointing because we were excited to try their food.

This restaurant in New York serves the best food! The salmon is truly outstanding, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly.

The BBQ from this food truck is so delicious that I'm amazed it hasn't grown wings and flown away. The brisket was fantastic, the corn pudding bread was unique and flavorful, with just the right amount of sweetness. The Asian slaw with sweet berries was also a hit. The Russian dressing tasted authentic, without any ketchup or mayo.

Whenever someone comes to visit, I always suggest starting at this place. The food is fantastic, the view is great, there's a charming local market nearby, and even goats! It's the perfect way to get acquainted with Red Hook and Tivoli.

I placed an order for pickup and it was ready very quickly. The food was amazing, especially the brisket and deviled eggs. I highly recommend them. Delicious!
