Is it because I’m Spanish???not even a smile or anything.service is really bad, this place is racist and doesn’t really care. You don’t know what a person is going through when they go to your counter. Have a little sympathy. The attitude they give is unhinged.
Really terrible boba tea especially popping boba extremely sweet.
Shady owners. Will NEVER give my money to this location (unless the owners from 2017-2019 changed). My friend applied to work here and had to go through training aka making drinks, taking orders, cleaning and dishwashing (doing tasks of a regular employee) after school every day for a week. She was told she would only be paid if she passed the training--lo and behold she did not pass. They took advantage of the fact that she was an international student and would not try to argue with them.Be warned they like to steal labor of high school students instead of hiring full time employees. If the owners from 2017-2019 have since changed I will take down this review.
Bad service, unhealthy drinks. Don’t be fooled by the “0 sugar” option, the milk tea comes with premixed powder which is already very sweetened. Then they add a lot of “milk powder” which makes the drink with very high calories and saturated fat and high cholesterol. Bad service because they say they didn’t add extra sugar therefore the “0 sugar” option but they didn’t disclose that the drink base is already sweetened. I would suggest that they be transparent with the ingredients and display calories intake.“The Food and Drug Administration's regulations implementing the law state that calories are mandatory on physical menus used onsite at covered chains as well as their “menus on the Internet.”
Four young people all laughing and fooling around behind the register while they have one guy making the drinks all by himself not even acknowledging his existence.
