The service was helpful and courteous, with great recommendations. The food was hot and well presented, and we enjoyed every dish. We highly recommend Monsoon and will definitely be making it our new favorite spot. Thank you for a delicious experience, we can't wait to order again.
The restaurant was absolutely fantastic! The food was amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly and polite.
The eating experience and service at this restaurant is really nice. I have visited here multiple times and during 'Dine Out to Help Out', we dined here twice. The restaurant is not very large, so a word of caution to those planning to bring a baby - bring your own high chair! The only downside to this restaurant is that they only have one high chair. It would be beneficial for them to invest in at least one more. On our first visit, someone else was using the high chair so I had to eat with my baby on my lap. It was a bit of a hassle, as the food was amazing but I struggled to enjoy it that day. The second time we visited, the high chair was available and the meal went much smoother. The restaurant serves delicious, fresh food - the waffles were particularly soft and tasty!
This place is a hidden gem. Not far from Hainault station near the end of parade of shops it could be easily missed. The menu has such a great selection of dishes but no matter what you choose the food is always absolutely beautiful. The staff are always extremely polite and friendly and the service is second to none. My wife and I brought my parents there last night and they enjoyed it so much I had a call this morning from them to thank us for such a great experience. We will soon be moving from the local area but we will definitely be making trips back just to visit Monsoon.
Wouldn't recommend. Very bland food. Tesco garlic nan is probably better than the one here. Save your money and go to a proper Indian!
