Cleopatra Pizza - Redcar and Cleveland

I order from this take away probably twice a month, sometimes they get the order wrong but sometimes they get it right Today, I ordered a half and half pizza. One half I asked for tandoori and garlic butter, the other half I asked for just chicken tikka The pizza arrived as chicken tikka with jalapeños on and red onion..... and the tandoori was just plain tandoori.

Ordered at 6:30 tonight for it to arrive at 8pm absolutely scandalous service. Not only that but the food was cold and the garlic dip we payed 1.40 for was busted and leaked all over the boxes. Pizza was stodgey and not cooked through and black bits in two of the pizzas. Only good thing about this place is the polite delivery driver other than that I wouldn't go again if you paid me. Rough.

Unfriendly staff No please or thank you when you ask a question the staff start talking in the own language then laugh which is unprofessional. Now the food Very bland pizza the base was not cooked properly but the edge was slightly burnt Very little toppings Below average food never going back there

Chicken kebab was well presented and delicious! Definitely be back. Could see they actually care about what they are serving

Very disappointed, have regularly ordered takeaway from here for three years, however lately the quality is deteriorating and portion size reducing. Tonights Parmesan was truly horrible chicken like rubber and tasteless!
