Prezzo - Redditch

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, the staff was attentive, and the prices were reasonable. The selection and quality of the appetizers were great, and the pizza we shared was a generous portion. However, we were a bit disappointed with the limited choices and quality of desserts.

Finding a table for a family at lunchtime can be challenging, but our experience at this Prezzo was excellent. The service was friendly and efficient, and they offer a children's menu with options like burgers and ice lollies that my grandchildren loved. The restaurant has ample space for high chairs and easy access to bathrooms, perfect for dining out with little ones. The food, basic Italian fare including a variety of pizzas and pasta dishes, was enjoyable. Although my lobster/crab ravioli seemed more like a starter than a main, the pizzas were generous in size. Our total bill, including tip, came to £100, making it a good value dining choice.

The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. The waitress assigned to our table seemed more focused on chatting with her family at the neighboring table. It took four requests to different waitresses to find out the status of my meal, which finally arrived just as my husband was almost finished with his. The manager apologized and removed my main course from the bill, attributing the issues to new staff. While the food was delicious, the lazy and unprofessional service and staff make me hesitant to return to this establishment.

We went for an anniversary meal on a Monday. The place was quiet. Friendly staff and great food. As I’ve said before, there is a great gluten-free and vegan option for me. Very nice place.

Visited the Redditch branch Saturday evening 2nd July, lady on the desk was rude, not friendly at all, we was sitting for 15 minutes and no one had been over to ask for drinks, so we decided to leave, as we left the same lady asked if there was a problem We said yes, we have been waiting to long, was not interested and just walked off Really bad atmosphere, will take the family somewhere else in future, somewhere that actually makes you feel that they want you there
