Kincaid's Redondo - Redondo Beach

Great food and drink I really loved the exotic mojito recommended by our server curt or kirk he was so awesome. he was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and very sweet.

The service was great, attentive and friendly. the crumb dive was delicious and I would highly recommend the key limette cake.

Overall good experience. It has been more than years since our last visit. Crab/artichoke dip and coconut shrimp were good starters. We had the crab/shrimp fettuccini, mahi mahi and almond crusted scallops for entrees. Everything was delicious, although mashed potatoes with the scallops were a little stiff, not as creamy and fluffy as expected. Our service person, Caroline was pleasant and attentive to our needs.

I have been a Kincaid's customer for at least years. It is one of my go-to places in the South Bay. I have always enjoyed the food and this last visit was the first time I had an experience that was a bit off the mark. I ordered a wedge salad, which is made with iceberg lettuce, and was served the salad made with romaine lettuce that was a bit gritty. Not sure if the lettuce wasn't properly washed or what but that was the experience.

Overall, Kincaid's was a delight. We sat down and they provided a personally signed card by their staff to wish my wife and I a Happy Anniversary which was very touching. The server was prompt but I felt was too scripted. So it gave off the impression she was new. But she was sweet and courteous. For the time on food and drinks being ready. I, like many others, don't like waiting too long for food but now-a-days, it is understandable due to most places being understaffed. Now to the food, very delicious. Well seasoned, well cooked to our desired liking. The Sampler. When we return, that will definitely be an order off the bat. Then the price, in my opinion, wasn't bad at all. It's well priced for fine dining. I highly recommend Kincaid's. A reservation is highly recommended to ensure you get a table.
