Little Sister Redondo Beach

This place is such a treat! We had the okra salad to start, which was spicy but it was balanced with cooling elements like mint, basil, and tomato. We also had the sea bass and the lemon grass noodle dish. I love that they had an off menu lemon grass tofu to make the lemon grass dish vegetarian. The flavors are so fresh and a nice balance of spicy, savory, and sweet. My mouth is watering remembering this experience!!! Highly recommend coming here for dinner especially if you want something healthy but also delicious and fancy-shmance : The food smelled and tasted so good that I didn't get a chance to take a photo

Let me start off by saying wow. This place is amazing. Stumbled upon this place from reading all the reviews in the area and decided to give it a shot. We were instantly greeted by the hostess who was lovely. The aesthetic and the vibes are very pleasing you enter and first thing you notice is the art work throughout the walls the butterflies to the electric poles. This is my new spot when I’m in the area. They had some interesting choices on their menu. Of course with Covid they take their precautions by keeping you comfortable and safe. Everyone is wearing their mask and also have a list of how to keep everyone safe while these tough times. We ordered the baguette with the pate Which was so delightful the tomato sauce is really great paired with the butter and the pate. We paired it with a Pinot griogio and I had their whiskey tea which was so smooth. This is what we needed up starting our visit. Then we ordered the sea bass and the shaky shaky beef which was so good. The sea bass was cooked to perfection. The skin was crunchy and the fish melted on your taste pallets. The salad was great as well. The shaky shaky beef with the tomato rice was great it wasn’t heavy as I would expect it to be it was so good. The aroma and the taste made my mouth water. Pair it with the sea bass lord mercy it is a different experience. Ended the night with their famous opera cake. The chocolate gelato and the crunch of the pieces paired with cake is amazing. It wasn’t to sweet and honestly worth every single bite. Our waitress was spectacular. Everyone at this location is very friendly welcoming and also very attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting. We had an amazing first experience be expecting us to come back. We will be looking forward to their brunch and lunch in the future thank you so much for your time and effort. Also making our experience memorable.

Little Sister is one of our favorite restaurants. Whether it's date night with just me and my husband or a group of family friends, Little Sister is always a great choice. The food is delicious and they accommodate this keto pescatarian without question or hesitation which is much appreciated by me. There's a wide variety of choices. We've never had anyone not find something inspiring to order. More typical is everyone wanting to try many of the dishes. We do end up going family style whether we have just the two of us or eight people. They have a great bar with some favorite classics and some new twists on old ideas. They have beer, wine, and mixed drinks. If you haven't tried Little Sister's, don't wait go check it out!

I enjoyed my overall dining experience at Little Sister in Redondo Beach. They have three other locations in Downtown Los Angeles, Irvine Spectrum, and the Point (El Segundo). The Redondo Beach restaurant is located in the Riviera Triangle area, where there is a lot of public meter parking. There are a few tables on the outside, but the majority are inside. The decor is modern, and the staff is all dressed in black. The service was good and fast. The food we ordered was delicious, and I enjoyed every item selected from the dinner and happy hour menu. The food profile for all of the dishes was savory and spicy but not too much. The two of my favorite dishes were the Pork, Shrimp, Crab Dumplings (Spicy black vin dressing, chives, bok choy, peanuts), and the Suon Nuong (Lemongrass grilled pork chop chicken fat rice).

Our waiter up charged the heck out of our bill!!! Super annoying . Added and subtracted things for putting things on the side from a burrito?!? Then they ask if we want a free birthday shot and then they end up charging it !! Never coming here again!
