Pacific Fish Center - Redondo Beach

I have been visiting the Pacific Fish Center since I was young and have always enjoyed coming here with my friends and family. The environment is not very crowded, which I appreciate.

If you're looking for good food on the beach and tired of overpriced tourist traps, then you must visit this place. The spicy seafood soup is a must-try, it is absolutely delicious and satisfying.

I ordered fish and chips. The fish was unpleasant and limp (it appears they use frozen fish) and the fries were also limp and not crunchy. I could only manage to eat a small piece.

This Korean-owned restaurant offers incredibly fresh Dungeness crab and delicious Korean mussel soup. They also have a great selection of beers. Be sure to request a window seat for a lovely view.

The food at this restaurant may have caused me to have an upset stomach, so in the future, I might avoid ordering the spicy fish soup and opt for something like fish and chips instead. However, I still gave this restaurant a high rating because of the incredible atmosphere of sitting right over the ocean, with the sound of crashing waves right next to you. The good company during the evening made it a memorable experience. As for my upset stomach, I'm not entirely sure it was due to the food - it may have just been a bad coincidence.
