Rakkan - Redondo Beach

I’m excited to have discovered a ramen place with clearly labeled vegan options and a variety of ramen dishes on the menu. The ramen isn't just the usual soy sauce-based broth loaded with vegetables. Rakkan's ramen was delicious, and the noodles had a wonderful homemade texture and flavor. They also offer vegan appetizers!

The ramen here is incredible, with numerous clearly marked vegan options! The staff was exceptionally friendly, which truly enhanced our dining experience. We tried the vegan gyoza, the pomegranate ramen, and the quartz ramen.

The long wait for a table due to the restaurant's popularity was definitely worth it! I tried the vegan shiitake mushroom rolls and the vegan spicy ramen, both of which were amazing. The ramen had a wonderful creamy texture, and I could really taste all the fresh ingredients and healthy noodles (I think they were gluten-free). I’m not sure I’ll ever need to visit another ramen spot!

I find their rams to be some of the best I had (better than marufuku vegan) and love that there are two different vegan broth options. the dings are clearly marked. it also had some good appetizers. I enjoy it with my omni friends. updated by previous review on 2021-10-24
