The food was amazing, especially the burgers and the onion ring tower, which were highlights of the meal. However, the service left a lot to be desired. The condition of both the restroom and the restaurant’s furniture, including the outdoor patio, was quite poor. It seems that the photos on Google do not accurately reflect the actual state of this establishment. Additionally, the lemon they served looked spoiled and was quite unappetizing. Our table was uneven and wobbly, with a damaged surface that was falling apart, which is disappointing given the quality of the food. The restroom was also unacceptable and dirty, indicating that this location really needs a makeover as soon as possible.

What a great place for a quick meal! We arrived around 9 PM, and the staff greeted us with such warmth. We kicked things off with the onion ring tower, and it was simply delicious. I ordered the black and bleu burger, which was flavorful but a bit messy to handle, so I opted for a knife and fork instead. The desserts were delightful too. Our waiter, Michael, offered exceptional service during our entire visit! I highly recommend this Red Robin!

However, the biggest concern is that they have noticeably reduced the size of their burger patties since the pandemic began. They are now frustratingly thin! To make things worse, they only offer burgers cooked to medium or well done. Yes, that’s right—a gourmet burger restaurant that refuses to serve rare or medium-rare options. I even requested the rarest alternative available, and they still brought me a well-done patty. Why are they so hesitant to serve undercooked meat? As a person from Brazil, where meat logistics can be complicated, I can assure you that we still manage to enjoy excellent quality rare burger patties when we want them. And what’s up with the so-called “health concern” of displaying calorie counts next to menu items, while simultaneously offering bottomless fries with every burger order? Makes perfect sense, doesn’t it? Despite these letdowns, I’m giving the restaurant at least three stars because the Mad Love Burger was genuinely tasty, even though the rest of the experience left much to be desired.

Haven?t been here, for a while. Very happy to have come. Food was delicious! I was greeted by a very friendly host, a hard working waitress Sabrina , very nice and professional. She keeps her work area really clean. Overall experience was enjoyable and refreshing. Thank you.

Went with my son and grandson. The service was good and they were very friendly. My hamburger was very good we ordered onion rings for an appetizer. They were nice and crispy. It was a nice dinner. We will go back. Also there was no waiting we got seated right away.
