Sea Level And Lounge - Redondo Beach

What a pity it was such a windy day, especially considering how inviting the outdoor sofa seating was! Right by the Pacific Ocean, surrounded by hundreds of boats, we were treated to a stunning sunset at Shade Hotel. We ordered some truly sumptuous dishes — my lamb shank was moist, tender, and perfectly cooked, not to mention enormous. The Jidori chicken was beautifully presented and very tasty, although it was a bit oversized. Jim's pizza was delicious to the very last crumb, and Angel's blackened salmon was simply to die for. Thankfully, there was no distracting bread to fill us up. To top off the wonderful meal, we enjoyed the chocolate peanut butter crunch à la mode.

It’s rare for me to give a perfect score, but this place truly deserves it. The food is excellent, and they have an impressive selection of beers, wines, and cocktails. The service is exceptional, and the view is simply breathtaking. I can’t wait to come back!

This restaurant is fantastic! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the food is delicious! Our server, Josh, was outstanding! Be sure to request him when you visit!

I love this place for breakfast as well as the bar for evening drinks. Great setting. Cool servers and bartenders. I've stayed at The Shade around 10 nights since they opened and will continue to come back.
