Extreme Pita - Regina

I got food poisoning after eating here Friday September 1/23. I've never been so sick im my life and it ruined my family camping trip. I would like to know if these employees have a food safe certificate? Will never eat here or any extreme pita or pita pit ever again.

Today we visited this restaurant and ordered 2 falafel rolled pitas and an immune booster smoothie. The service was excellent. The staff member carefully listened to our order instructions and prepared delicious pitas. Our children loved the food.

I’ve never had a bad experience until today. I walked in and there was only one worker, and they were making a bunch of orders which I assumed were for skip or whatever which is fine, I can wait! But they never once said hello to me, or told me they would be awhile. I stood there for like 7 minutes and they never said a word to me so I just left.

I have always received great service at this restaurant, but tonight was a completely different experience. When I walked in, the person working was in the back talking on their cell phone. I had to wave my keys to get their attention. I placed my order for a flat baked pita, paid for it, and then they went back to continue their phone conversation. I had to speak up in order to finally receive my food. I was extremely disappointed with the service tonight.

I am very disappointed in this location. I visited this location at 12:25pm. Service from the two ladies working was fine but there was absolutely nothing fresh that they could offer. The cucumbers were brown and mushy, the beans and chickpeas had been on the bar so long that they were hard, the mushrooms were so old they were a black mound.. I got the bottom of the scraped container for chicken. It was disgusting and frankly I didn’t want to pay for my $12 pita of basically lettuce and gross chicken ground.I always get the same thing when I go to an extreme pita and I feel like it’s pretty simple.To say I was disappointed is an understatement. At lunch time.. your veggie bar should be stacked full with FRESH veggies. I can understand if you are busy but there was one other person in there and it looked like the bar hadn’t been restocked or cleaned up for days. I was embarrassed for the ladies working and the lady that walked in behind me who had nothing to order from.I will never visit this location again.
